Products
The Cottonmouth shop sells approved merchandise such as T shirts, hoodies and future club items. Product pages describe the available item, price, size, colour and stock information. Product artwork, partner ranges and final sale status must be approved before an item is made active.
Orders and payment
Orders are created on the server from the current basket and paid through Stripe Checkout. Cottonmouth does not receive or store full card details. A submitted order is subject to payment authorisation, stock availability and fulfilment review.
Stock and availability
Stock is reserved for a limited time during checkout. If payment is not completed, the reserved stock may be released. Cottonmouth may reject or cancel an order where there is a stock error, pricing error, payment failure, suspected misuse or fulfilment limitation.
Collection and delivery
Collection, delivery areas, delivery charges, dispatch times, carriers, tracking, collection deadlines and returns address must be confirmed by Cottonmouth before merchandise checkout is opened publicly.
Cancellations, returns and refunds
Cancellation rights, return windows, return condition, return costs, refund timing, faulty goods handling and any lawful exclusions must be confirmed for Cottonmouth’s operating jurisdiction before public launch. Refunds, where due, are returned through the original payment method where possible.
